The patient received treatments as pancreaticoduodenectomy, GS chemotherapy, and right hemicolectomy as well as XELOX chemotherapy. Follow-up of duodenal ampullary carcinoma has been 3 years and colon cancer has been 1 year after surgery. No sign of recurrence or metastasis has been found. The results of this study show that it is feasible to adopt an individualized comprehensive treatment strategy for patients with Metachronous Double Primary Tumors, which can offer a reference for similar cases.
