Analysis of Vocational Training Market Regulation Based on Evolutionary Game

Abstract

Vigorously carrying out new vocational training is an important initiative to improve the quality of China's talent supply in the new era. However, the vocational training market has become chaotic in recent years, which has given rise to a heated social repercussions. Based on the evolutionary game, the paper constructs a two-sided game model between vocational training institutions and the government and analyzes the evolutionary stabilization strategy and the required conditions for both sides. The paper finds that the government has a greater influence on maintaining a good vocational training market order, and it is recommended that the government adopt a strong regulatory policy.
