Abstract
As the largest developing country, China is the most important country to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality, and it is undoubtedly important to promote enterprises to actively reduce carbon emissions. In order to investigate the evolutionary game relationship between the carbon emission reduction of enterprises and the carbon regulation strategy of the government, this paper introduces carbon penalty, carbon tax rate, carbon subsidy and carbon regulation efficiency to construct an evolutionary game model between enterprises and the government, and conducts numerical simulation analysis using Matlab software. The results show that increasing the carbon penalty, carbon tax rate, carbon subsidy and carbon regulation efficiency can effectively promote the enthusiasm of enterprises to reduce carbon emissions.
