Abstract

Integrity is an intangible factor that can achieve or destroy human beings through monetary means. It is the key to this direct observational study conducted by students with the help of their instructors. Observational research is a qualitative research method that uses researchers (directly and/or indirectly) to participate in a situation to measure and determine which factors are important to the result as evidence and should be emphasized. The student initially participated as a respondent, but in the process became a researcher (and observer) investigating a certain situation or part of the research. At the same time, observers use ethnographic observational research methods, in which all thoughts and opinions are recorded verbatim, with slight modifications in grammar and structure. The result is a clear and heartfelt observation that can be transformed into more quantitative future research as a continuation of current research. In order to further clarify the overall concept, the results are tabulated to further emphasize the importance of integrity to people and money. Using motivating factors and the newly created ID scale based on motivating factors, we can ”see” and experience changes in the relationship.
